RETURNS POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product that you have purchased from the Nutraceutical Health Solutions Pty Ltd Trading as Nature's Help online store.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Nutraceutical Health Solutions Pty Ltd Trading as Nature's Help is entitled to choose between providing you with a replacement or other suitable remedy. Any cost incurred by you returning the product to Nutraceutical Health Solutions Pty Ltd Trading as Nature's Help will be borne by you.

To obtain compensation, you would need to provide documentary evidence of the loss or damage suffered and documentary evidence that such loss or damage was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a failure by Nutraceutical Health Solutions Pty Ltd Trading as Nature's Help to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. Such evidence may include photographs, statutory declarations, receipts, or reports (eg from your doctor), depending on the loss or damage.

Please note that you can only return a Nutraceutical Health Solutions Pty Ltd Trading as Nature's Help product if you bought them from our online store. If you purchased one of our products from another store, you must return the product to the store in which you made your purchase and abide by their returns policy.

If you are returning the item(s) because you have changed your mind or for any reason other than believing you have a faulty product, then any postage charge is payable by you. Items to be returned by post are your responsibility until they reach Nutraceutical Health Solutions Pty Ltd Trading as Nature's Help, so please make sure that they are securely packaged.

Taste preferences (secondary to product benefits): Flavour is subjective, and individual perceptions may vary. While we strive to develop products with the best possible flavours, we acknowledge that personal taste preferences differ. Consequently, we cannot offer refunds based solely on taste. However, if you have consistently used our products without experiencing any positive health changes, we encourage you to contact our support team to explore the possibility of a discretionary refund.

Allergic reactions to the product or its ingredients: It is your responsibility to thoroughly review the product's ingredients to determine if you have any known or potential allergies. If further clarification is required, we recommend contacting our customer service team before placing your order.

Compliance: Dosage recommendations are clearly stated on every product.  We cannot offer refunds based on taking incorrect dosage which results in adverse reactions or failure to take product as directed with or without food.

Accidental overordering: Once you have received your products, they cannot be returned. In the event of accidentally ordering more items than intended, please contact our customer support team at orders@natureshelp.com.au within 48 hours. They will assess your situation and determine the best possible solution.

Incorrect item selection: It is your responsibility to ensure that you select the correct items that suit your specific needs. If you require assistance in choosing the right product, or have accidentally ordered the wrong product, please reach out to our customer service team immediately to amend your order. While we will make every effort to cancel/amend your order before shipment, we cannot guarantee this outcome. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy. Please be aware that our customer service response times may take up to 24 hours, and assistance is available on weekdays only.

Financial hardship: We advise exercising caution and evaluating your financial circumstances before making purchases of food or supplements. As such, we are unable to provide refunds based on financial hardship. It is especially important to refrain from purchasing subscription products if you are experiencing financial difficulties.

Conditions:

This guarantee applies only to customers who have purchased the 1 jar/1 month option. Customers who have purchased multiple products are not eligible for a refund or any other guarantees. If you have purchased a bundle/package, the guarantee only applies to the first month's supply.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND/RETURN:

To begin processing any type of return or refund, please have the following details ready for our Customer Service team via email at hello@natureshelp.com.au or call us at 1300 001 559.

If your request is for a single eligible product, your refund will be processed, and an email notification sent.

If your request is for a bulk-eligible purchase, one of our friendly support team will be in touch to confirm your return and provide you with an address to send any bulk-purchased ‘unopened’ items. It is your obligation to pay the return postage and we highly recommend you opt for tracking for delivery verification purposes, as we will not be held accountable for items not received.

Once we receive the items, please allow 48 hours for our staff to process the return and issue the refund.

Outside of our Refund/Returns Policy, products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery only in the following circumstances:

Once details are verified with our customer service team, replacement stock will be shipped immediately at no charge, with a ‘paid return label’ to return the incorrect/faulty product.
