MAGNESIUM OIL

Magnesium oil is actually magnesium chloride and is considered by many as a powerful medicinal mineral. While it isn’t technically an oil, it does have an oily texture and what oil does for your car engine, magnesium oil will do for your body. Magnesium is crucial to muscle contraction, nerve transmission, energy production, nutrient metabolism, blood coagulation, and bone and cell formation. Magnesium oil can be sprayed or rubbed into the skin and when applied it absorbs immediately, bringing pain relief and muscle relaxation, which can also help with a better night’s sleep.
